The Right to Defend our Work

 

All designs being asked by the clients or clients from and sold by any company entity small or large, have their right to defend their product or service (This includes their website and products the are selling even they sell in-store.), as long as it applies to their own term of service and also is designed, written, photographed, or filmed by Samurai: Media that's being asked by the company that's was launched/founded internationally.

 

The Right to block Anyone Online

 

Anyone who asks a question in which the person the accuser has already made the claim about the stolen work without the given permission by the creator who's accused the other party for the damage. Knowing that the person who's asked the question will be banned on Samurai: Media's page and it's other companies that are working with them (Including websites, faceboook, youtube, vimeo, etc.) until the send a written letter of apology, which will they will be unbanned to know the issue that was not pertained to them.
