Samurai: Media Terms of Service

 

Please read Samurai's Media's terms of service, if you do not agree with the terms Samurai: Media will understand and will have anyone understand that if anyone breaches the terms of service here will result in the full control of any company large or small.

 

Copyright

All designs including photography (After free complimentary photography is closed after certain date), drawings, prints, short stories, and film scripts created by the admin Samurai: Media are reserved by Samurai: Media. Any other company entity who does not ask permission or been asked permission,but not given the instruction to alter manipulate any works from Samurai: Media are strictly prohibited due to a no contact without permission to Samurai: Media.

 

Photography

 

Any attempt to infringe photography work Samurai: Media by altering or creating copies of their own without the authorization of Samurai: Media is prohibited.

 

Prints

 

Any attempt to infringe of any prints created by Samurai: Media by the infringement of sending it to another print shop without my permission (Kinko's, Walgreens, Walmart, etc.), will be charged of copyright infringement and notified by any company Samurai: Media including in the State of Texas.

 

Drawings

 

Any attempt to infringe any created by Samurai: Media. Any other company entity who does not ask permission or been asked permission, but not given the instruction to alter manipulate any works from Samurai: Media are strictly prohibited due to a no contact without given permission from Samurai: Media (This includes action figure designs, film characters, upcoming works, etc.)

 

Short stories and film scripts

 

Any attempt to infringe any writings from Samurai: Media which include short stories and screenplay's from any company entity young and old including any film company in the United States and outside countries including the companies the own them. Shall be sent a cease and desist letter with two options which will include a court order that domestic or and international court hearing.
