The Right to Defend our Work through Submission

 

Anyone who attempts to steal any submission through electronic methods, or be told to do this and this to the submissions (Includes ordering to remove creators logos off of photographs which are photographed by the creator which is being worked by companies (3aVOX, Seibertron.com, Hobby Link Japan, Hasbro, etc.) with Samurai: Media or only Samurai: Media) while being sent to Samurai: Media and while this company entity is working with other company entities.

 

The Right to send a Cease and Desist letter to any company including Events

 

Anyone who attempts makes the attempt to limit the rights of company knowing that Samurai: Media and it's companies working with this one will sending a Cease and Desist letter to the company who committed the mistake and knowing that their has already damaged Samurai: Media and it's other companies (Companies who have already obtained licenses for certain franchise, future franchises, or other creative franchises being created effective March 18th, 2014.)

 

1st Cease and Desist Letter

 

1st letter of Ceaser and Desist will not be related to the letter relating to claims settlement, but will involve any law enforcement agency and also a copyright-lawyer to the company entity who wishes to attempt to limit the rights of any company entity knowing that their own company committed who attempts to do this (Perjury, Copyright infringement, theft of works which are not being created by any of the company entity and it's workers, but being altered without their permission. (designed while their terms of service has been broken due to of breaking their own rules.)) was breaking their rules within their own company.

 

2nd Cease and Desist Letter

 

2nd letter of Cease and Desist will be any use of accusing a convention of the same issue pertaining to the first, but not involving a copyright-lawyer, but with the use of law-enforcement to charge the accused person of entity of lying and any crime which pertains not only to harm of any workers with Samurai: Media and companies that are working with Samurai: Media shall be charged with a warning and 2nd warning will be charged with jail time pertaining to harm but not only pertaining to harm of any workers with Samurai: Media and it's companies that are working on other franchises already obtained and already being created.

 

3rd Cease and Desist Letter

 

3rd Cease and Desist Letter be sent to any company wishes to continues any of the criminal charges related to the 1st and 2nd Cease and Desist letters and will result to a 250,000,000 dollar fine who and the result of which their company will be shut down or convention's not pertaining to the company entity (Project A-Kon, BOTCON, HASBRO, etc.) to be not welcomed by any tourist building including the Sheraton, Hilton, Holiday Inn, Richardson Civic Center, or any other convention building that holds these events.)The Right to block Anyone Online Anyone who attempts to submit a question which negates the progress of the work that Samurai: Media is working on with other company entities which includes any who attempt to limit the rights of any company which Samurai: Media and other companies conglomerate and it's partners temporary or full partners depending on which is applied to LTD. All Rights Reserved (Including the LTD. Text) etc. shall have the right to block any company entity and to send a Cease and Desist letter not pertaining to the other four.
