At around 6:51 PM someone hacked into my e-mail from my computer, and with all the people around the world who are dealing with Cyberp-attacks around the Earth it is our job to have our governments around the Earth to form Anti-Hacking sub treaties and one main universal charter to stop the movement of Cyberattacks and to stop them form continuing.

How to stop them? Start with the source elimate all-hacking activity within each nation and have it shared as a post on facebook, google+, twitter, or your own video streaming service like youtube, vimeo, VeOh.com, and/or facebook.
