Season One
Both parties of the Democrats and the Republicans and international countries agree to ban illegal technologies which cause a global security scare. But one company who disagree wishes to use this at her own power and her move causes another independent agency of white and red supported by both political parties and international countries to foil her plans.
Season Two
With the fall of Kayla Corp and the death of Kayla Gibson, the independent company begins it's quest into Japan which is asked by the Japanese government, when an incident occurs at a Kayla Corp factory which is now defunct. Discoveries of non-illegal technologies are exposed, without the CEO's consent after her death. The independent agency hears the cry of the CEO's voice.
